EPR Plasmid #851: SIRF Biosensor (Mutant)
Purpose of plasmid A mutant of the original SIRF Biosensor: STING (R238A/Y240A) + IRF3(S386A). Perturbs the ligand binding domain of STING and prevents dimerisation of IRF3. Inserted in PiggyBAC backbone plasmid. Compatible with PiggyBAC Transposase.
